We made flower prints by using soda bottle, straw print for stems and thumbprint butterfly. I saw bottle flower printing on several blogs and we gave it a try.
Supplies needed:
Acrylic paint/Tempera paint
Soda bottle(just make sure the bottom has a flower shape)
Straw
Poster sheets
Paper plates for holding the paint
Steps overview
Add paint to a paper plate
Dip the bottom of soda bottle in paint
Stamp on paper
For the stems, dip the bent portion of straw in paint and stamp on paper
Make thumbprint butterflies and bumblebees
