Summer vacation has started and my energetic girl wants to play games that keeps her moving. We played Egg and spoon race with plastic Easter eggs. This one is a good exercise for balancing.
All you need is Plastic spoons, Plastic Easter eggs, Start point/line and Destination point/end line
We put all the eggs in a basket and placed it on a table in the living room. CJ and I each got a spoon and Egg. We placed the egg on the spoon and the challenge was to hold the spoon in the mouth and race to the finish line without dropping the egg. To begin the race we say "Ready, set, go!!" and race to the kitchen(Destination). We placed a basket in the kitchen and dropped the eggs in. First CJ was finding it difficult to balance, after few runs she got the knack of it. She also had fun shouting "Ready, Set, go!". We played the game until we emptied the basket of eggs to kitchen.
We also raced by holding the spoon and egg in hand.
